NIC Asia Bank to float “10% NIC Asia Debenture 2085/86” worth Rs. 4 arba from 13 Magh 2075. The issue will be closed on 16 Magh 2075. If issue is not subscribe within 4 days, than deadline will be extended to 13 Falgun 2075.
Debentures holders will be given 10% interest annually. Its maturity period is 10 years.
It will be issuing 4,000,000 units at the rate of Rs.1000. It had allocated debenture worth Rs.16 lakh units for public out of which 5% or 80,000 units are allocate for existing mutual funds and rest for others.
Interested applicants can apply minimum 25 units & maximum 20,00,000 units and can apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs.
The issue will be managed by Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited.
Its paid up capital is Rs.8.83 arba.
