NIC Asia Bank has announced 10.526% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 30 Kartik 2075 had decided distributed 10% bonus share & 0.526% cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
The bank has reported increase in net profit by 170% in first quarter of FY2075/76
