Nepal stock exchange (Nepse) has listed bonus shares of two companies for trading on 16 Baishak 2076.
As per Nepse, the following company have listed bonus shares;
6,08,321.89 Units Bonus Shares of Tinau Development Bank Limited has been listed. It is 12% of of Paid up capital from the income of FY 2074/75. The company has distributed 12% bonus shares & 0.63% cash dividend.
Currently its paid up capital is Rs.50.69 crore.
12,57,777 Units Bonus Shares of Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been listed. It is 25% bonus shares from the income of FY 2074/75. It had distributed 25% bonus & 11% cash dividend.
