Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has listed bonus shares & IPO shares of two companies at once.
As per Nepse, following two Company have listed bonus & IPO shares for trading.
35,77,132 units bonus share of National Life Insurance Co. Ltd. has been listed. It is 13.5% of paid up capital from the income of FY 2073/74. Paid up capital will reach to Rs.3 arba after bonus share.
20,74,000 units Ordinary Shares of Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has been listed. The IPO shares was allotted on 22 Jestha 2076. The issue was managed by Civil Capital market Limited.
Trading will be open from tomorrow after getting into Demat account.
