Nepal stock exchange (Nepse) has adjusted stock price of NMB Bank Limited for 10% Bonus share. The Adjusted Price is Rs.351.81 for 10% bonus share. Its Average base price is Rs.371.9. Price before book close Rs.387.
Adjustment formula = Price before book close / 1 + Bonus %
Bonus share will be distributed to shareholders after the approval from annual general meeting. AGM to held on 26 Poush 2075 at Army Officer Club, Kathmandu, 11:00 AM. It had proposed 10% bonus share & 20% cash dividend.
