The Adjusted Price is Rs.221.86 for 21.25% bonus share. Its Average base price is Rs.262.93. Price before book close Rs.269
Adjustment formula = Price before book close / 1 + Bonus %
Bonus share will be distributed to shareholders after the approval from annual general meeting.
