Nepal life insurance company limited (NLIC) is conducting 18th Annual General meeting (AGM) on 28 chaitra 2074. The AGM is going to be held in Birgunj at hotel Bhiswa at 9.30 Am. The AGM is to approve 42% bonus share & 28.5 cash dividend, to hike capital, to change capital structure, etc.
The Major agendas of AGM are as follows:
- To approve the 42% stock dividend & 28.5 cash Dividend from the Net profit of FT 2074/75.
- To hike Authorized Capital to 8 Arba.
- To change capital structure; promoter-public ratio to 60:40 from 70:30.
- To present financial highlight of FY 2073/74 & appointment of Auditor for FY 2074/75.
- To amend the Memorandam of association (MOA) Articles of association (AOA).
The book closure date was set for 14 Chaitra to 28 Chaitra 2074. Those shareholders who buy share within 13 Chaitra 2074 will be eligible to participate in AGM.
Nepal life insurance has posted net profit of 27.96 crore in the Second quarter of FY 2074/75.
Its paid of capital is 3.09 arba with reserves of 5.02 arba. After 42% bonus adjustment, capital will reach to 4.38 arba.
