Nepal Life Insurance Company has announced book close for annual general meeting (AGM).
The book will be close 19 Baishak 2076. Those shareholders who hold the shares till 18 Baishak 2076 will be eligible to attain AGM & get Dividend.
Annual General meeting (AGM) of Bank will be convened on 04 Jestha 2076 at Hotel Diyalo lords plaza, Birjung at 9:30 AM.
The agendas of AGM are;
- To endorse 25% Bonus shares and 23.5% Cash dividend of FY 2074/745.
- To hike authorized capital to Rs.10 arba
- To approve audited financial statement of 2074/75.
- To appointed statutory auditors for FY 2075/76.
- To amend MOA & AOA.
Currently, Its paid up capital is Rs. 4.40 arba.
