Nepal life insurance company limited (NLIC)announced 42% Bonus share & 28.53 per share cash bonus.
As per notice published, Nepal life insurance has announced Bonus of 42% & 25.53 per share cash dividend to its shareholders.
NLIC will provide 1.30 arba bonus share & 88.32 crore cash bonus to its shareholders from the income of fiscal year 2073/74.
But this announcement is to be approved from AGM & regulatory body (Beema samiti).
Currently, its paid up capital is 3.09 arba with reserve of 5.02 arba.
It has posted net profit of 27.96 crore in the second quarter of FY 2074/75.
