Nepal Investment Bank has announced 40% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 23 Mangsir 2075 had decided to distribute 18% Bonus Share and 22% Cash dividend including tax for total dividend.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.10.64 arba. Paid up capital will reach to Rs.12.56 arba after 18% bonus share.
