Nepal Bank Limited has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 01 Mangsir 2076 has decided to distribute 15% bonus share and 10% cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and Annual general meeting (AGM)
Currently, paid up capital stands at Rs.9.81 arba.
