Nepal Agro Laghubitta Bittya Sanstha to issue Initial public offering (IPO) worth Rs.1.61 crore for general public. It had applied for approval from security board of Nepal (SEBON) to float IPO.
The company will be issuing 161.778 units of share at the rate of Rs.100.
Nepal SBI Merchant Banking limited has been appointed as issue manager.
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.3.36 crore.
