National Microfinance Bittiya Sasntha has announced 40% dividend to its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice in NEPSE, board meeting of the company decided to distribute 25% bonus share & 15% cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected approve from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) & upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) of Company.
