National Life Insurance Company Limited has published Second quarter report of Fiscal year 2075/76.
As per the report, life insurance has posted net profit of Rs. 17.11 crore in the Q2 of FY 2075/76 from Rs. 17.08 crore in same period of last fiscal year 2074/75.
Net insurance premium has risen to Rs.2.98 arba from Rs. 2.45 arba in the same period of last year. It has earned 96.45 crore from investment in Q2 which was Rs.74.70 crore in the last year.
The company has made a payment of Rs.1.18 arba for claims and agent commission of Rs.31.07 crore. Its operating expanse increase to Rs.27.24 crore from Rs.20.46 crore in Q2 of last year.
The company still remains to pay claims of Rs.24.82 crore.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.2.64 arba with reserves of Rs.95.51 crore.
It has maintained Rs.23.71 arba in life insurance fund & Rs. 17.91 crore in disaster fund.
Its annualized earning per share stands at Rs.12.92 & net worth per share is Rs.136.03. PE ratio stands at 54.87 times.
