National life Insurance Company has announced 13.5% dividend for shareholders.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 30 Poush 2075 had decided to distribute 13.5% Bonus Share & cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected to approve from Beema Samiti & upcoming AGM.
Its paid up capital is Rs.2.64 arba.
