Nagbeli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has reduced proposed dividend to 9.87% for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 25 Mangsir 2075 had decided distributed 9.38% bonus share & 0.49% cash dividend for tax purpose.
The board meeting of the bank held on 26 Kartik 2075 had decided distributed 16.11% or 2.46 crore Bonus share & 0.84% or 12.99 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
Such decision compelled to raise question on corporate governance of the Company. Such immature decision of the company hampered many investors. Regulatory body must take action for such company.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs 15.32 crore.
