Nagbeli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced 16.95% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 26 Kartik 2075 had decided distributed 16.11% or 2.46 crore & 0.84% or 12.99 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs 15.32 crore.
