Nagbeli laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced bonus & cash dividend for its shareholders from the income of 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 01 Bhadra 2076 had decided to distribute 26%or Rs. 4.35 crore bonus shares & 1.368% or Rs.22.94 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision should be approved from Nepal RAstra Bank and upcoming AgM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.16.76 crore.
