Nadep Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced 30% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 12 Mangsir 2075 had decided to distribute 30% or Rs. 4.80 crore Bonus share and Rs.26.26 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.16 crore.
