Multipurpose Finance Company has announced book close for right issue. The book will be close on 11 Ashad 2076 for right issue. Those shareholders who hold shares till 10 Ashad or one day before book close will be eligible to apply right share.
The company will be issuing 1:8.65 or 35,85,264 units of right shares at the rate of Rs.100.
After right issue, paid up capital will reach to Rs.40 crore.
