Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has proposed divided for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/76
The company has purposed 15% or Rs.1.58 crore bonus shares and 0.789474% 8.35 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision should be approved by NRB and AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.10.58 crore.
