Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced book closure date for 50% right shares issuance for its existing shareholders.
The book will be close on 01 Magh 2075 for right issuance. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 30 Poush 2075 or one day before book close will be eligible to get right shares.
The company will be issuing 2:1 or 329,8779.69 units of share at the rate of Rs. 100.
Kathmandu capital markets Limited has been appointed as issue manger for right issue.
After right shares issuance, its paid up capital will reach to Rs.9.89 crore.
Recently, it had announced 10.45% bonus share & 0.55% cash dividend for shareholders from the income of FY2074/75.
