Mission Development Bank has announced book close and AGM. Annual General meeting to be held on 26 Poush 2075 at The Darbar Lan Rupendekhi,11:00 AM.
The book will be remains closed from 12 Poush to 26 Poush 2075 for AGM. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 11 Poush 2075 or one day before book close will be eligible to participate in the AGM.
The agendas of AGM are;
- To approve 11% Bonus Share & 0.58% cash dividend for shareholders
- To endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/75
- To appoint statutory Auditors for FY 2075/76
- To elect 4 member from promoter shareholder group
- To amend MOA & AOA
- To provide authority for board of director to find appropriate banks & financial institutions for Merger/Acquisitions and assets & liabilities evaluation through Due Diligence report (DDA).
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.51.12 crore.
