Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced 47.36% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 07 Bhadra 2076 had decided to distribute 45% or Rs.5.79 crore bonus shares & 2.368420889% or Rs.30.50 lakh cash dividend for dividend tax purpose.
The shareholders of the microfinance will be get dividend after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank & annual general meeting.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.12.87 crore.
