Manjushree Finance has announced 6% bonus share to its shareholders from the income of FY 2073/74.
The finance company has decided to give 6% or Rs.4.34 crore bonus share & 0.32% cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected to be approved from AGM & Nepal Rastra Bank.
Its paid up capital is Rs.72.43 crore. After 6 % bonus share, paid up capital will be 76.77 crore.
