Mahuli Samudayik laghubitta Bittiya sansth to issue 50% right shares from 11 Mangsir 2075 to its shareholders. The issue will be open till 16 Poush 2075.
The book will remain close on 28 Kartik 2075. Those shareholder who get registered in the book within 27 kartik 2075 or one day ahead of book close will be eligible for right shares.
The company will float 2:1 or 3 lakh units of right shares at the rate of Rs. 100.
Sunrise Capital limited has been appointed at issue manager for right shares.
All eligible shareholders can apply from Sunrise Capital, all branches of Mahuli samudayik laghubitta & all C-ASBA approved BFIs.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs. 6 crore. After adjustment of right share, capital will reach to 9 crore.
