Mahuli Samudayik laghubitta Bittiya sansth is closing 50% right shares from today, 16 Poush 2075. The issue was open from 11 Mangsir 2075.
Those shareholder who had hold shares till 27 kartik 2075 or one day ahead of book close will be eligible for right shares.
The company is issuing 2:1 or 3 lakh units of right shares at the rate of Rs. 100.
Sunrise Capital limited has been appointed at issue manager for right shares.
All eligible shareholders can apply from Sunrise Capital, all branches of Mahuli samudayik laghubitta & all C-ASBA approved BFIs.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs. 6 crore. After adjustment of right share, capital will reach to 9 crore.
