Mahuli Samudayik laghubitta Bittiya sansth has announced book closure date for 50% right shares.
The book will remain close on 28 Kartik 2075. Those shareholder who get registered in the book within 27 kartik 2075 or one day ahead of book close will be eligible for right shares.
The company will float 3 lakh units of right shares at the rate of Rs. 100.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs. 6 crore. After adjustment of right share, capital will reach to 9 crore.
