Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has announced 15% dividend to its shareholders from the net profit of Rs.2074/75 .
As per the notice in NEPSE, board meeting of the company decided to distribute 7% cash dividend and 8% Stock dividend to its shareholders.
The decision is subjected approve from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) & upcoming annual general meeting (AGM_ of Company.
Its paid up capital is Rs.2.84 arba. After adjustment of 8% bonus share its paid up capital will reach to Rs.2.63 arba.
