Lumbini bikas bank announces book close for AGM. It has called AGM without dividend. The book will be close from Bhadra 17 till Bharda 31, 2075.
Those shareholders who bought shares within 16 Bhadra or one day ahead of book close will be eligible to take part in AGM.
The annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on 31 Bhadra 2075 in the premises of Amrit Bhog, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The major agendas of the meeting are; to endorse audited financial statement of FY2073/74, to endorse consolidate financial statement of Vibor capital limited of FY2073/74, appointment of auditors, appointment of 3 directors from each group; promoter & public, to provide authority to directors, to covert financial aid to different individuals & organizations worth Rs.2,71,219 as corporate social responsibility, etc.
It has reported net profit of Rs.40.17 crore in fourth quarter of FY 2074/75.
