Lumbini Bikas Bank has announced dividend for shareholders from the Reserve fund & income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 06 Poush 2075 had decided to distribute Bonus Share for shareholders.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
It has not disclosed in percentage. It is quit misleading for general investors.
Its Paid up capital is Rs.2173523000 which means bonus share will be 17.3541%.
