Last day to secure 20% dividend of RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha. The book will be close from 04 Poush to 20 Poush 2075 for AGM. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 03 Poush 2075 or one day before book close will be eligible to participate in AGM.
The agendas of AGM are;
- To endorse 10% bonus share & 10% cash dividend for shareholder
- To endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/75
- To appoint statutory auditors for FY 2075/76
- To elect 4 member from promoter shareholders group
- To hike issue capital & paid up capital
- To amend MOA & AOA to hike issue capital & paid up capital
