Last day to secure 20% bonus shares of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha.10th annual general meeting (AGM) to held on 20 Ashoj 2075 at CW Restaurant, Kamalaladi Kathmandu at 11:30 PM.
The book will be remains close on 05 Ashoj to 20 Ashoj for AGM. Those shareholders who get registered in the book or hold shares within 04 Ashoj or one day ahead of book close will be eligible to participate in AGM.
The agendas of AGM are; to approve 20% Bonus share & 1.0526% cash dividend for tax purpose, to hike issued capital & paid up capital, appointment of 3 directors, to appoint auditors for FY 2075/76, to endorse financial statement of FY 2074/75, to provide authority to BOA to amend MOA & AoA.
Its paid up capital is Rs.12.24 crore.
