City Express Finance company announces book closure date for 167% right share. The book will be closed on 21 Shrawan 2075.
Those Shareholders who get registered in the book within 20 Shrawan or one day ahead of book close will be eligible for right shares.
The finance company will issue 1:1.67 or 25 lakh units share at the face value of Rs.100.
Kathmanudu capital markets limited will manage the right issue.
Paid up capital will reach to Rs. 40 crore after the right issue. Currently, its paid up capital is Rs. 15 crore.
