Last day to secure 10% Cash dividend of Ngadi Group Power Limited. It has announced 10% cash dividend excluding dividend tax to its shareholders. from net profit of FY 2074/75.
The company also announced AGM & Book closure date. The annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on 04 Ashoj 2075.
The book will be remains closed on 14 Bhadra 2075 for AGM & dividend. Those shareholders who hold the share ownership within 13 Bhadra or one day ahead of book close will be eligible for dividend & take part in AGM.
The decision is subjected approve from NRB & upcoming AGM of Company.
The major agenda of AGM to discuss is to approve 30% right share & 10 cash dividend to shareholders.
