Last day to hold the shares of Kisan Microfinance Bittiya Sastha for 50% right shares.
The book is set to close on 13 Kartik 2075. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 12 Kartik 2075 or one day ahead of book close will be eligible for right share.
The company will be issuing 50% or 2, 40,250 unit shares at the rate of Rs.100 for shareholders.
Civil Capital limited is appointed as issue manager for right share issuance.
