NMB Bank announces book close for 15% bonus share & AGM. The book will be closed on 17 Shrawan to 31 Shrawan 2075
Those shareholders who buy the share within 16 Shrawan or one day ahead of book close will be eligible for Bonus share & take part in AGM. Annual General meeting will be held on 31 Shrawan 2075.
The bank will distribute 15% or Rs.1.14 arba bonus share and 0.7895% Rs. 6 crore cash dividend for tax purpose.
Currently its paid up capital is Rs.6.43 arba. After FPO adjustment paid up capital will reach to Rs.7.60 arba. Finally after 15% bonus share on R.7.60 arba, paid up capital will reach to Rs.8.74 arba.
