Last day to apply for 50% right shares of Nepal Credit & Commerce bank, 22 Ashoj 2075. The right issue was opened from 04 Bhadra 2075.
The bank is issuing 2:1 or 23,395,291 units right share to its shareholders at the face value of Rs.100.
The right share is being issued for those shareholders who get registered in the book or buy shares within 14 Shrawan 2075.
Sunrise Capital has been appointed as issue manager for the right share.
Eligible shareholders can apply from all the C-ASBA approved banks & financial institutions.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.4.67 arba. Paid up capital will reach to Rs.7.01 arba after adjustment of 50% right shares.
