Kisan Microfinance has announced book closure date for 50% right shares.
The book will be close on 13 Kartik 2075. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 12 Kartik 2075 or one day ahead of book close will be eligible for right share.
The company will be issuing 50% or 2, 40,250 unit shares at the rate of Rs.100 for shareholders.
Civil Capital limited is appointed as issue manager.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.4.80 crore. After 50% right shares, paid up capital will reach to Rs.7.20 crore.
It had announced 29% bonus share from in the income of FY2074/75 for shareholders.
