Kisan Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha has announced dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the microfinance company held on 16 Bhadra 2076 had decided to distribute 24% or Rs.2.06 crore bonus shares and 1.14% or Rs 9.82 lakh for dividend tax purpose.
The decision should be approved from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming annual general meeting.
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs. 8.60 crore.
