Kankai Bikas bank has announced book close for annual general meeting. The AGM will be held on Gorkha department store, Damak Jhapa at 1:00PM on 10 Mangisr 2075.
The book will remain close on 28 Kartik 2075. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 27 kartik 2075 or one day before book close will be eligible to participate in AGM.
The major agendas are: to endorse to 3% bonus share & 6.5 cash dividend, to approve financial statement of FY2074/75, to appoint auditors for FY 2075/76, to elect 1 director from promoter groups & 3 directors from public group, to amend MOA and AOA to hike capital, extend work areas & others, to search appropriate bank & financial institutions for acquisition/Merger and sign MOU, etc.
