Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 26 Kartik 2076 has decided to distribute 6.8% or Rs.17.27 crore cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and Annual general meeting (AGM).
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.2.54 arba
