Kamana sewa Bikas bank has announced 12% divided for its shareholders from the income of FY 2073/74.
The development bank has announced 5.5% or 13,04,70,192.94 bonus share & 6.50% or 15,41,92,046.21 cash dividend to shareholders.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs. 2.37 arba. After bonus share adjustment, paid up capital will reach to Rs.2.50 arba.
