IPO of Kalika Power Company has concluded allotment of 12 lakh units of shares. Allotment was made at the premises of Global IME Capital limited, Jamal, Kathmandu.
Out of 1,18,956 applicants 146 applicants were invalid. Valid 1,18,810 applicants had applied for 79,88,210 units. 5633 applicants became empty handed.
1,13,177 valid applicants are allotted with 10 units of shares. 15,770 units were unsubscribed by staff are allotted to general public.
