Kalika laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced 8.42% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 19 Mangsir 2075 had decided to distribute 8% or Rs.80 lakh Bonus Share and 0.42% or 4.21 lakh Cash dividend including tax for total dividend.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.10 crore.
