Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is floating IPO (initial public offering) from today. The issue will be remain till 15 Asar 2078.
The Laghubitta Company is issuing 19,77,300 units of share at the rate of Rs. 100. Out of total issue company reserved 0.5% or 30,420 units of its employees, 5% or 98,865 units of existing mutual funds and remaining 18,48,015 units for general public.
Applicants can apply for minimum 10 units and maximum 1000 units through mero share and all C-ASBA approved BFIs.
The issue will be managed by NMB Capital Limited.
Paid up capital will reached to Rs.60.84 crore after IPO.
