Janautthan samudayic laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha to float 100% right shares from 12 Ashad 2076. The issue will be closed on 15 Shrawan 2076.
The book close is set 02 Ashad 2076 for right issue. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 01 Ashad 2076 will be eligible to apply for right share.
The company will be issuing 1:1 or 288,000 unit of share at the rate of Rs.100.
Eligible shareholders can apply through all C-ASBA approved BFIS.

Paid up capital stands will reach to RS. 6.33 crore after 100% right share and 20% bonus share. As per third quarter of FY 2075/76, its EPS stands at Rs.65.22 & net worth at Rs.258.16.
