Janautthan samudayic laghubitta bittiya sanstha has announced book close for annual general meeting.
Annual general meeting (AGM) will be convened on 30 Ashad 2076.
AGM will endorse 20% or Rs.5.76 crore bonus shares and 1.053% or Rs.3.03 lakh cash dividend for income of FY2074/75.
To float 200% or 1:2 right share after bonus shares worth Rs.12.67 crore.
After bonus adjustment paid up capital will reach to Rs.6.33 crore.
The book will be closed on 18 Ashad 2076 for AGM. Those shareholders who hold the shares till 17 Ashad or a day ahead of book close will be eligible to attain agm.
