Janautthan Laghubitta bikas bank has announced dividend for shareholders.
As per notice in Nepse, the board meeting of company held on 14 Magh 2075 had decided to distribute 20% bonus shares for shareholders on paid up capital of Rs.2.88 crore.
Bonus share will be distributed to right share also. So Bonus share will be 10% & Rs.3.03 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
Currenly, its paid up capital is Rs.2.88 crore. After right share share, paid up capital will reach to Rs.5.76 crore.
