Janata Bank Nepal has proposed dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/6.
The board meeting of the bank held on 05 Aswin 2076 has proposed 6% or Rs.48.00 crore bonus shares and 6% or Rs.48.00 crore cash dividend including dividend tax. In total company will disburse 12% or Rs. 96.01 crore as dividend to its shareholders
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and upcoming Annual general meeting (AGM).
Currently, its paid up capital stand at Rs.8.00 arba.
